  • Access to the Psychercise myPThub App: Your central hub for resources, including optional workout/exercise plans tailored to your needs and a library of psychological tools and resources.
  • Unlimited Messaging with Your Coach: Get ongoing advice, support, and motivation whenever you need it. I’m here to answer your questions and keep you on track.
  • Weekly 45-Minute Coaching Calls: These dedicated sessions are where we’ll dive deep into your challenges, identify your goals, and implement evidence-based strategies to support your progress. During our weekly coaching calls, we’ll work collaboratively to understand the psychological barriers that are hindering your progress. We’ll utilise proven sport and exercise psychology techniques, along with practical resources, to help you develop effective strategies for achieving your goals. We’ll focus on building your confidence, managing anxiety, enhancing motivation, and fostering a positive relationship with exercise.
  • Independent Work: To reinforce the work we do in our calls, you may receive small, manageable homework tasks to complete between sessions. These tasks are designed to help you apply the techniques and strategies we discuss, ensuring consistent progress and lasting change.
