My Passion, Your Progress:

Kat Wade & Psychercise

My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Counselling, providing me with a strong foundation in understanding the human mind. This was further enhanced by my Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology, where I delved into the specific psychological principles that drive performance and motivation in physical activity. Coupled with my Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification and over a decade of experience in both physical and mental health care, I bring a unique and comprehensive perspective to my coaching.

Beyond my formal qualifications, I’m a Mental Health First Aid trained professional, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all my clients. I’m fully insured and licensed to coach, and I’m deeply committed to ethical and evidence-based practices. My dedication to continuous learning is evident in my current studies in chronic illness and exercise management, allowing me to provide tailored support for a wider range of individuals.

I created Psychercise because I believe everyone deserves to experience the profound physical and mental benefits of regular exercise. I understand the psychological barriers that often stand in the way, and I’m passionate about helping you overcome them. My goal is to empower you to build sustainable habits, cultivate a positive mindset, and ultimately, enjoy the incredible impact exercise can have on your life. I’m here to guide you, support you, and celebrate your progress every step of the way.
